- Enhanced growth strategy for companies who have successfully developed their business model within a served market segment or geography but face the challenge to rapidly scale up their capabilities to enter new markets. Our approach is to quickly identify and quantify opportunities and match the path to success with internal and/or external development initiatives which achieve the maximum return.
- Turnaround strategy for those companies who literally face issues of near term survival and/or rebirth. We first help our clients understand the imminent truth – that inaction is the only guarantee of failure. We then decompose the enterprise into components that are currently creating value and can continue to create value in the future. Lastly, we help develop the courage and the pathway to extract value from those components which will not contribute to survival.
