| PHILIP C. CASCIOTTI (pcasciotti@catalystcollaborative.com) Mr. Casciotti is an experienced general management consultant with over twenty five years of strategy and operations consulting in a broad range of industries including: consumer products, healthcare, retailing, telecommunications, and computer software. Phil began his career with the Boston Consulting Group, helped start Alliance Consulting Group, and contributed to CSC Index’s dramatic growth. Mr. Casciotti co-led the spin-off of SRI Consulting and was a member of the executive committee as well as Vice President of Marketing. He has also held corporate strategy and development and brand marketing positions with General Foods. His particular expertise is in fostering change through the strategy development process and by reengineering core business processes. Mr. Casciotti has also founded several companies including Imigen Systems and Origin Building. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Lafayette College and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.

GRANT (jgrant@catalystcollaborative.com) Mr. Grant is a strategy consultant with over twenty five years experience working globally in a variety of industrial and consumer related industries including: healthcare, consumer packaged goods, biotechnology, electrical equipment, financial services, food and beverage, travel, materials and chemicals. John began his career with Braxton Associates (a spin-off of Bain and Company), and later helped Marakon Associates to achieve its leadership position in shareholder value management. Mr. Grant was a member of the team that established Braxton's Asian consulting operations, and founded Marakon's European consulting practice. John has distinct expertise in issues involving international strategy, corporate finance and the management of complex enterprises for shareholder value. John is also a Senior Lecturer in Global Entrepreneurship in Developing Economies, China and India at MIT's Sloan School of Management. Mr. Grant has a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the U. of Washington and an S.M. in Management from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T.

GROSSMAN (igrossman@catalystcollaborative.com)Mr. Grossman has over twenty five years experience focused on providing strategic management, business development, and acquisition advisory services to manufacturing and technology-related companies. Irwin began his consulting career with Braxton Associates and has held senior operating positions in sales and marketing for Barry Controls, Phoenix Controls, Motorola/Codex and Eastman Kodak. He was also a founder of ASI, a boutique investment banking firm. Irwin’s principal focus is to assist middle market and start-up companies with their growth and business development strategies and implementation. Often these services involve an acquisition or divestiture transaction which he leads for the client. Mr. Grossman has a B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Sciences with Distinction from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.

He is a seasoned facilitator of leadership teams, bringing over thirty years of experience in strategy and operational consulting. Founder of ThinkScenarios.com, Mark helps clients generate new strategy options and test the robustness of current strategies against a range of possible futures. He has extensive experience in life sciences, industrial products and consumer packaged goods. Mr. Tino’s consulting trade craft is unique, combining insights and best practices from working at Monitor Group (GBN), Strategic Pricing Group (SPG), and Stanford Research Institute (SRI). Through decades of client service, he has mastered the art of scenario thinking, leadership team facilitation, and alignment to action.

| WILLIAM MORRISON (wmorrison@catalystcollaborative.com) Mr. Morrison has almost thirty years experience in industry and management consulting, specializing in strategy and shareholder value. Bill developed his extensive experience with the consulting firms of Marakon Associates (shareholder value), Braxton Associates (strategy), Bain & Company (strategy), and Ernst & Ernst (operations), following six years as a practicing electrical design engineer with ITT Avionics and Martin Marietta. He also held positions in corporate strategic planning at Gulf Oil. Bill has consulted in over 20 industries, including manufacturing, high-tech, marketing, service, and natural resources. Bill holds an M.B.A., M.S. in Computer Science, and B.S. in Electrical Engineering, all from Columbia University.

| SERAFINO (SANDY) POSA (sposa@catalystcollaborative.com) Mr. Posa has over 25 years of strong domestic and international business leadership experience with a repeated record of success in growing revenue and profits. This experience spans the areas of consumer packaged goods, digital imaging technology and financial software. Sandy began his career with Quaker Oats Company where he was Vice President of Marketing for both the Golden Grain and Cereals Divisions. At Kraft General Foods, after several marketing positions, he was President of the All American Gourmet Division and Executive Vice President for Corporate New Products. After four years as COO and President of the Consumer Imaging Division at Polaroid Corporation, he led the successful turnaround of MediBank, Inc., a provider of debit card solutions for the employee benefits industry. Most recently, Sandy was Vice President for New Product Development of the Blades and Razors Division of Gillette Company. Sandy has a B.S. in Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago.
